Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Better World LLC ("we"), the operator of OpenSeat.

What OpenSeat does

OpenSeat checks the public booking page you provide for open appointment times and, under the rules you set, posts them to the Instagram account and Facebook Page you connect. Your booking system stays the source of truth: a post doesn't reserve a time, and an opening can be booked by someone else before or after we post it.

Your responsibilities

• You own, or have permission to use, the photos you upload and the accounts you connect.
• You approve the posting style and wording before anything is posted, and you can pause posting at any time.
• You follow Instagram's and Facebook's terms for your accounts.

Availability

We work to keep OpenSeat reliable, but booking sites and social platforms can change or fail. We don't guarantee that every opening will be posted, or that posts will lead to bookings.

Ending service

You can disconnect your accounts or delete your OpenSeat account at any time. When service ends, we stop posting. Existing posts stay on your accounts.

Liability
